Hi my name is Nancy, I have a 500 hour certificate from Wellness massage in St Albans. I also took Reflexology as a separate course with a teacher out of Jericho Vt. I believe that massage can give each person healing whether it be physically, mentally or spiritually.  A massage can give you time to heal, relax, breathe and recharge.
